A successful Welcoming Ministry is one of the most important ministries in the church. It will also determine how our church is viewed and promoted throughout the community and surrounding areas when discussed.

The Welcome Ministry provides a warm and welcoming environment at our church.

The Welcome Team
•  Serve and extend a warm welcome to all who worship by paying special attention to their needs.
•  Care for the needs of the church service. Collect the offering, hand out bulletins, greet people as they enter the Church foyer and usher people to their seats.
•  Usher at special events.
•  Provide all first time visitors with a welcome information pack.
•  Handout and collect visitor information cards.

Visitors and guests must feel accepted, recognized, informed, and most of all feel that their visit is appreciated. These feelings are naturally expected when visiting our church. Visitors and guest will make a judgment of our church on their initial visit that will affect their overall perception of our church from that day forward.
